In
fact, they are in the same embarrassment as our allies, but the main
problem lies in the fact that they no longer take us seriously. When
Obama landed in Cuba on his presidential plane, no its leader met -
perhaps this is the only such event in the long history of Air Force
One. Then, to everyone's surprise, the same thing happened in Saudi Arabia - this is called contempt. Remember,
as our President has made a long and expensive trip to Copenhagen,
Denmark to get the right to host the Olympic Games, and then, after this
unprecedented attempt, it was announced to the United States, the
United States took fourth place? He should have foreseen such a result, before giving such promises.

The list could be continued humiliation. President
Obama can only helplessly watch as North Korea every day behave more
aggressive and continues to work on its nuclear program. Our
president has allowed China to continue economic offensive on the
American jobs and the welfare of our citizens, refusing to enter the
trade rules - or China have on the pressure, which is necessary with
regard to North Korea. He even allowed China to steal state secrets through cyber attacks and
engage in industrial espionage against the United States and its
companies.
We have allowed our opponents to think that they will all go with it. If President Obama's task was to weaken America, he coped with it perfectly.
Finally, America is no longer a clear understanding of our foreign policy goals.
Since the end of the Cold War and the collapse of the Soviet Union, we did not have a coherent foreign policy. Today
we bomb Libya and get rid of the dictator, to its citizens to create a
democracy, and tomorrow we are watching how these same citizens suffer,
while their country is falling apart.

OTE Editor's note: On Wednesday, 27 April, a candidate for US
president from the Republican Party, Donald Trump made a speech on
foreign policy, at an event organized by the magazine National Interest.
Thank you for the opportunity to speak to you and I thank the Center
for national interests that have given me the honor of inviting here.
Today I would like to talk about how to develop a new direction of US
foreign policy - is the direction in which instead of the disorder is
the goal, rather than ideology - a clear strategy: Instead of chaos -
world.
It's time to wipe the rust with American foreign policy. It's time to invite new people and see new concepts.
That strategy, which I will speak today, takes us back to one unchanging principle. In its foreign policy, I will always put the interests of the American people and US security above all else. This is what will be the basis of all my decisions. The principle of "America first" will be the most important principle of my administration. But in order to develop a strategy for moving forward, we first need to briefly look back.
We have many things we can be proud. In the 1940s, we have saved the whole world. Our Greatest Generation defeated the Nazis and Japanese imperialists. We then saved the world again - this time by totalitarian communism. The Cold War lasted a few decades, but we won. Together, the Democrats and the Republicans were able to get Mr.
Gorbachev heed the words of President Reagan, who said: "Tear down this
wall" History will not forget what we have done.
Unfortunately, after the Cold War, our foreign policy is greatly deviated from the right course. We were not able to develop a new strategy, which would correspond to a new era. Over time, our foreign policy is becoming less intelligent. In place of logic came stupidity and arrogance, and this became the cause of many foreign policy disasters. We have gone from Iraq errors, Egypt, Libya and red lines to President Obama in Syria. All of these steps contributed to the fact that the entire region was
plunged into chaos, and provided a convenient opportunity to LIH for
development and prosperity.
It
all started with the dangerous idea that we can make a Western-style
democracy in those countries that did not have any experience in this
matter and who did not want to become the Western democracies. First, we destroyed the existing institutions there, and then very surprised that followed. The civil war, religious fanaticism, ruined thousands of American lives and trillions of dollars - all we got in the end. There was a vacuum that quickly filled the "Islamic State." Iran also tried to fill part of the vacuum, substantially enriched in the process.
Our foreign policy - it's an absolute, unmitigated disaster. There is no concept or purpose or direction or strategy.
Today I want to tell you the five basic weaknesses of our foreign policy.
Firstly, our resources are spread too thinly.
President Obama has weakened our military, weakening our economy. He eased through to unnecessary spending, massive debt, slow growth, the giant trade deficits and open borders. The negative trade balance of our industry is approaching a trillion dollars. We are rebuilding other countries, weakening our own. If
we put an end to stealing American jobs, it will give us the resources
that are necessary to rebuild our army and strengthening our financial
independence and power. I am the only candidate in the presidential election, who understands this problem and knows how to solve it.
Secondly, our allies did not make a fair contribution to the overall security system.
Our
allies are obliged to take on a fair share of the financial, political
and social costs, which requires our gigantic security system. Many of them simply do not. They consider the US a weak country, ready to forgive, and do not feel it duties comply with the terms of agreements with us. For example, NATO's only 4 out of 28 of its members, in addition to
America, spending on defense at least 2% of its GDP, as required by the
contract.
We
have already spent trillions of dollars - on aircraft, missiles, ships,
equipment - to strengthen our armed forces so that they can become a
powerful protection for Europe and Asia. Those
countries that we defend, have to pay for such protection, and if that
does not happen, the US should allow them to defend themselves on their
own. The world would be much safer if our allies will make their consistent contribution to the common defense and security system. Trump Administration will lead the free world, to be properly armed and adequately secured financing.
Thirdly, our friends are starting to think that they can no longer rely on us.
Who
is the head of our country is a president who does not like our
friends, and that lends itself to the influence of our enemies. He made a disastrous deal with Iran, and then we all watched as Iran ignores its conditions. We can not allow Iran acquiring nuclear weapons, and the administration Trump will never allow it to Iran appeared. And I'm not talking about the humiliation that had to go through the
United States in connection with Iran's treatment of ten American
sailors.
During negotiations, you should always be alert to the possibility to get up and leave. The
agreement with Iran, like many other extremely disadvantageous for us
the agreement was the result of the lack of willingness to leave the
negotiating table. If the other party understands that you do not go, your victory becomes absolutely impossible. At
the same time, your friends must clearly understand that you will
comply with the terms of those agreements you have made with them.
